Levenetta’s Legacy” is a small, family crowdfunding initiative created to support ministry efforts and help rebuild the land on which this family’s history was laid. Each recipe has been lovingly passed down from Levenetta Hunt—affectionately known as Mom, Grandma, and Aunt Lee—and was created with simple ingredients, reminding us that true legacy is often found in the smallest moments. How To Enjoy

All of our pies and cakes are made fresh with no preservatives, so you’ll want to enjoy them at their best!

8in Pies

  • German Chocolate Pecan & Sweet Potato Pies are best eaten within 2–3 days at room temperature. For longer storage, refrigerate them up to 7 days or freeze up to 2 months.
  • To reheat:
    • From room temperature or refrigerated, preheat your oven to 350°F and let pies heat for 15-20 min
    • If frozen there is no defrosting needed. Just preheat your oven to 350°F and let it heat for 20-25 min
  • Note:
    • Slices can be reheated in a skillet and covered on medium – to low heat. Or pop in the microwave if you’re in a hurry.
    • If you have time, these pies are great from freezer to fridge.

Fried Pies

  • Preheat your oven to 250-300°F in the oven or reheat in the air fryer for a warm, crispy treat.
  • For quickness throw them in the microwave.

Cakes

  • Keep at room temperature for 3-4 days or refrigerated up to one week. No reheating necessary.

Serving Tips:

Pair your legacy treats with whipped cream, ice cream, or even fruit with your pound cake for an extra-special treat.

Fill out the form below to order your legacy treats. All orders must be placed Monday – Thursday with a cut off time (on Thursday) at 12pm to be ready for pickup on Saturday. Once submitted please send your payment via CashApp to $OHCTeachTrainMin with your name in the notes. When payment is received we will confirm your order by email. All orders will be ready for pickup on Saturdays from 12pm – 2pm in the Wegmans’ parking lot on the Market Cafe side. If you need your order delivered to your door it will be an additional $15.00 for all addresses within a 20mi radius. Thank you in advance for your support.
